Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a limited return and refund policy.

1. Non-Returnable Items

Generally, all sales are final because we custom print each item specifically for you. This includes mugs, phone cases, t-shirts, tote bags, and any other product customized with your chosen design.

2. Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the item free of charge. To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the damage or defect.

3. How to Initiate a Return for Damaged/Defective Products

  • Contact our friendly customer service team at lindi@bumblebeedesigns.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and clear photos as evidence.
  • Our team will review your request and contact you with further instructions.

4. Shipping Costs for Damaged/Defective Products

We will cover the shipping costs for returning a damaged or defective item. You will receive a pre-paid shipping label via email to return the product.

5. Replacement Processing

Once we receive your return and verify the damage or defect, we will promptly process a replacement order and ship it to you free of charge.
